Prepare_metadata failing for Kaggle Salt Detection challenge

#1

I’m trying to follow the instructions to implement your experiments for the Kaggle Salt Detection challenge, but am getting an error when trying to prepare the metadata.

I run the following command line:

neptune send --worker m-p100 --environment pytorch-0.3.1-gpu-py3 --config configs/neptune.yaml main.py prepare_metadata

But the experiment fails with the following error:

can’t open file ‘/usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/neptune/job_wrapper.py’: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Any idea what’s going wrong?

Thanks.

Hi @LisburnLad,

Thank you for your report. It looks like something is wrong on our site. I’m investigating this issue right now and will get back to you soon.

So, it came out it was not a problem with Neptune itself, but with our Salt Detection project. Just remove neptune_cli==2.8.6 line from requirements.txt file. It causes downgrade of neptune-cli.

That’s fixed it. Thanks for taking a look.
